LEE CLARK
Lee was born and raised in South Georgia and knew as a teenager that service to others was his calling. After graduating high school, he enlisted in the US Navy and served the people of this country for six years on submarine duty. While serving on a nuclear-powered attack submarine stationed in Pearl Harbor, Lee made several deployments in support of military operations in various locations around the world. This service taught him to persevere through adversity and never give up.
After leaving the Navy, Lee returned home to Georgia and began working as a police officer for the Valdosta, Georgia Police Department. Lee graduated First Place from the police academy and spent one year as a patrolman before being promoted to the rank of Detective in the department’s burglary and auto theft unit. For nearly seven years Lee served the citizens of Valdosta and learned that cases are won and lost by the effort that is put into the investigation. Lee understands the level of detail and attention that every case needs and carries that work ethic with him today.
While working as a detective and raising a family, Lee managed to earn a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Valdosta State University and then enrolled at the West Virginia University College of Law. Since graduating from law school and being admitted to the Florida Bar, Lee has represented injured people as well as big insurance companies. The years spent defending insurance companies taught him the degree to which large corporations will go for profit.
Having gained invaluable lessons defending insurance companies, Lee retuned to represent those injured by the conduct of large corporations. Lee has spent the last few years representing people and their families catastrophically injured or killed by the conduct of large corporations. Lee has been lead counsel or co-lead counsel in trials involving first party and third party insurance claims, personal injury cases, intentional tort cases and consumer product cases. He seeks the justice his clients rightfully deserve.
